Listed below are 5 top ways to spiritually cleanse yourself. I have listed them below in the order of importance in order for you to get the most out of healing yourself.
Pure Intention: You know yourself, so take responsibility, in knowing what your body is saying to you. Know what you intend to do first and foremost. You could begin by saying: “It is my intention to clear my energy field.” Now visualize a show of light that moves from your head to your feet. Visualize it as it moves down your body slowly as a circulating light moving the energy around and it transmuting it.
Introspection & Self Awareness: This is a preventative action for the future. This will stop your energy from becoming stagnant. There are two centers which have vibration, the heart and the mind; thoughts and feelings. When you feel off, catch it early. Ask yourself “why do I feel or am I thinking this way?”. Change the pattern right then, not in a week, or month. Be the gardener of your heart and mind. Awareness is pure consciousness. “Stagnation” only occurs when you are unconscious of your feelings and thoughts.
Do the following Self Check Up: When you wake in the morning, ask yourself with one hand on your heart, “How do I feel?” Take a mental note to yourself on the answer you receive. Now move the energies. You can also do this just before retiring to bed at night. You will find by doing so that you are sleeping better by clearing the thoughts from the day. If you relax, breath a few deep breaths, and change the dialog in your head.
Vibration, Tapping, Touch: This particular process works directly with your meridian points within your body. If you are not sure what these are – look up meridian lines – this will help you tremendously.
Vibration: Move your body up and down by jumping, or use a vibrator on your arms, legs, and body for 3-5 minutes.
Tapping: Locate the meridian points to tap for different results. Depending on where you have located an issue this is where you will locate the meridian line. As energy starts to move, keep tapping and moving over your body where needed. This can take as short or length of time suited or as needed.
Touch: This is the process of using light to medium pressure on specific points of the body. You will start with medium pressure and work to a lighter pressure. You can accomplish this easily while you are moisturizing your body after your shower for the medium pressure exercise. When you are feeling it, move to the lighter touch, like you are brushing off a spider web off, over your skin.
Body Movement: This is the most cherished tool of the spiritual tools. Every day a light walk or run or slow walk, up and down stairs, can be utilized in order to move the energies around. Try to vary the type of action you take from day to day.

I have a question: for the first method you described for the top 5 spiritual energy cleansing, is it also a form of meditation? How long should this exercise be? And what does it mean by visualizing the circulating light transmuting the energy – is it like changing negative energies into positive?

1. The first method is pure intention. This is what do you intend to focus on? i.e. “I want to clear my negative energy.” Then you begin a meditation to allow spirit to cleanse the energies.
2. As far as length of time…you should try to start small and gradually longer with time. Start with 5 minutes, then after a week or so, if comfortable, move to 10-15 minutes. Meditation can be sitting in a chair and relax, close your eyes, notice your breath – in and out. If thoughts come in…let them go and go back to focusing on your breath. That’s it.
3. Circulating light means in your minds eye, while meditating, visualize a ball of light fighting a battle (as it were) against the negative energy, transmuting (changing it) into positive energy.
