The holidays are just around the corner. There is so much hustle and bustle in our lives and all around us. Keep mindful of your health and your hearts. This is a time when so many are rushing around in order to get things done – but don’t forget about you! You need to make time for yourself in this busy time. Take the time to meditate or just sit for a few and dream, breath, and be in that moment.
Don’t forget to think of those whom do not have what you may have. Give a smile, a hug, or a hello; when you can to someone you don’t even know. Stop and think about the emotions of others as they are stressed too. Give them a 5 sec breather moment before you get upset because they took your parking spot. Maybe they needed it more than you, but give them that space and you will be better for it. Smile and wave, or say Merry Christmas.
Pray to whomever makes you happy for others this season. Live in the moment and love before anger. This will give more positive energies to your space and much will be accomplished by doing so.
