Do you feel the surrounding energy? Have you noticed a change in that energy? There are two type of energy – the feminine and masculine energies. We have been in a masculine driven world for about the last few thousand years and now the pendulum has started to swing again – and towards the feminine energy, just to mention it. This article will clarify the differences in the masculine and feminine energies and how one can work with it.
Just to let you know that if you try to work how you have in your life up to this point, it is not going to work well for you from this point on. Here’s why…
Key Features of the Feminine
There are three key features connected with the feminine energies coming into earth currently. During this article when I mention masculine or feminine it is not regarding a gender specific energy. Energy is not gender specific. It is only that it is the Yin and the Yung structure. It is the balance of this type of energy that is within you.
Feminine Predominance
What this means is that the feminine energies are sort of like being ill – or be it like the virus lock down style. It forces us to stop and to be more in doors. It feels like we have lost some of our freedom. But we are being forced to do is to learn to use the feminine side of yourself. It is teaching us to use the feminine side of our yin/yang. We have been so used to getting attention for all the things that we do each and every day. What the feminine energy teaches is to stop and take notice of how you feel rather than how much you did. It is forcing us to come out of the masculine and be in the feminine energy.
So to repeat myself, remember that feminine is non-action and masculine is all-action. We are being called to be in the feminine 70% of the time and the masculine only 30% of the time from this point on. When a person can learn to be in the feminine energy more consistently you will manifest more powerfully.
By being in the feminine you will notice that there are things being empowered within you like your intuition, non-action and coming from the heart, your feelings are more prominent, more patient, a feeling of stillness; and your compass for life grows. What we will learn is to listen to the feminine and then act with the masculine, rather than to just act without first listening. Mistakes are made more frequently when we act in the masculine than in the feminine.
Remember to consult with your inner compass first and then take action.
Deep Groundedness
We have heard more commonly of the 7-Chakra system by so many others. There are actually more than a 120 chakras. We speak of the 7 more frequently as they are the physical Chakras; head to toe types. During this feminine energy more of the chakras will be activating. There are several chakras above your head but for deep groundedness, we will be referring to the earth star chakra. This chakra is called the earth star chakra and it is located 1-2 feet below your feet. Similar to the roots of a tree it goes deep into the earth when activated or during mediation. Use this chakra when meditating for grounding as this new energy is a huge shift – like a 180 degree change to be exact. During the change the inner energies will feel like it is being jarred similar to an earthquake. This energy is all about caring for self and the feminine energy is trying to help us balance our inner energies with this shift. We have been in the masculine too long and if we continue this direction it will destroy us all.
Thrive Within Feminine Energy
You will need to calibrate your inner energies to be more balanced. The energies of the earth have been reset to the feminine and you don’t want to feel as if you are swimming up stream, right? So learn to thrive and go within the heart to feel these energies.
Practice Grounding: Shoes off, hiking, dancing, body work, or meditate. When meditating visualize the 1st chakra as if it is a big red sun. Visualize roots coming from the sun and reaching for the floor, down into the earth beneath you to meet and connect with your earth star chakra.
Pure Intention: The moment you intend anything, it begins to manifest. This can be with your words, thoughts, or actions. Keep them positive. The moment you intend, you create. Visualize your intent while you are focusing on the connection to your earth star chakra.
Connect to your feminine energy: Learn to connect and stay within this energy. Strengthen this energy with your pure intentions. Visualize and create. Remember the feminine energy is non-action, stillness, silence, intuition, spaciousness, formless, pure potential, nurturer, imagination, use your heart.
Visual example: Visualize a lump of clay on a turntable. This lump of clay has huge potential, imagination, what it could be, dreaming of the potential. This is the 70% and is from the heart. The minute the artist touches the clay and begins to mold it you are now working in the masculine energy. This is the portion which should stay in the 30% range.
We have been taught that the more you do the more you make or create, right? Well, if you connect in the feminine first and think of the potential of the thought, then move into the masculine, you will be able to manifest more powerfully, with less of the unhealthy habits of do, do, do; and not regarding your health at all.
Calming the Masculine Energy
You will find that if you calm the masculine energy it makes room for the feminine. One way to do this is slow down. I don’t mean stop doing your job or life. What I do mean is don’t go throughout your day doing just for the fact of doing something. The masculine energy is a restless one…it does just for the fact of doing. You have heard the old statement of “an idol mind, gets in trouble” well this is not actually the case. Learning to be within the feminine energy, we will feel life, ponder the dream, feel the experience itself, and achieve so much more powerfully.
Uniting the Feminine and Masculine
I want to share a technique with you, in order for you to unite both energies in a balanced and healthy way. Once you practice this technique regularly you will feel more heart centered, and the duality of the energies will no longer exist. You will have an inner feeling of balance.
Begin here:
Sit and relax, feet on the floor.
Start your mediation with your two hands together and inter-twined with each other. 
Place your hands in this position against your heart. Note that the left hand is the feminine and the right is the masculine – merged together for balance.
In your mind or out-loud, whichever is most comfortable for you, begin to state one of these following mantras or create your own.
My feminine and masculine energies are merged.
I unite my feminine and masculine energies in love.
Keep repeating your chosen statement several times. Breathe and relax.
For best results do this several times a day. You can do this just about anywhere.

Wow this is so powerful, especially in times of lock down due to the coronavirus. I have been feeling very restless thinking about how many people are going jobless, how depressing it is for those who have difficulties feeding their families. I guess I need to re-calibrate, find my feminine energy in order to find the faith that we can all unite and overcome this together.
